How do I get pricing?

Pricing, specifications, and certificates are provided on request. Send us your target market, products, and approximate volumes via the quote form and we respond within 48 hours.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product. For matcha it starts around 25 kg; for wagyu it depends on cut and brand. Tell us your needs and we will confirm.

Which Incoterms do you offer?

We typically quote CIF to your destination port, and can discuss other Incoterms on request. Freight and logistics are coordinated by us.

What are typical lead times?

Lead times depend on product, volume, and destination. We confirm a schedule with every quotation.

Are the products halal-certified?

Our wagyu is halal-certified and verified from farm to slaughter (Japan Islamic Trust, MUI, BPJPH). Certificates are issued per destination country on request. Across the supply chain we also hold FDA, JAS Organic, and ISO 22000.

Can I request samples?

Yes. Sample availability and terms vary by product — please mention samples in your enquiry.

What payment terms do you accept?

Payment terms are agreed per order in a written contract, together with price, Incoterms, MOQ, and delivery terms.
